Based in Maine, we design and build homes for clients throughout the Northeastern U.S. We offer full general contracting services throughout southern and midcoast areas of Maine, but also deliver and install high performance panelized shells for clients, architects and general contractors throughout the Northeast.

Every option is built around The GO Standard, then carried out through a panelized shell that keeps quality high and timelines efficient. From there, you can choose the level of completeness you want: a turnkey home with GO Logic managing the full build in Maine, or a shell package shipped to you if you're working with your own GC or planning to complete the project yourself.
The LOGIC Home
A pre-designed home in our most cost-effective package. Great styling and optimized construction make The LOGIC Home an incredible value, built on GO Logic's most repeatable details for quiet comfort, healthy air, top-notch components and assemblies, and a more predictable path and simplified process from pricing to completion.

The GO Home
A proven starting point with flexibility to modify. For the most streamlined process, choose a GO Home that works for you as-is. If you see a model you like but feel it would be better suited to your needs with some modifications, you can work with our designers to customize.

GO Logic Custom Home
A fully custom home designed from the ground up, held to The GO Standard but specifically tailored to your individual needs and site considerations, with the GO Standard integrated the whole way through as the guiding platform for the enclosure and build process.

Two Paths To Build
Full Build
GO Logic leads the full project, from design and engineering through construction, with performance details managed from start to finish. You get one team accountable for the whole build, held to The GO Standard.
Shell Package
GO Logic designs and engineers the complete project and delivers a full set of construction documents. We then build the panelized enclosure in our climate-controlled facility while the onsite GC completes site work and foundation. When that's ready we install the weather-tight, airtight shell on your site. Your local team returns to take it from there, first with roof trim and roofing, then right into rough-ins. It’s the fastest way to get GO Logic performance when you’re working with your own GC or completing the remainder of the build separately.
