The Performance Standard
Passive House principles, applied with discipline
GO Logic starts with the building enclosure. The priority is an exceptionally airtight, deeply insulated shell paired with high-performance windows and doors, so the interior environment stays stable and quiet in every season. Fresh air is delivered continuously through heat-recovery ventilation, which supports indoor air quality while reducing energy loss. This approach dramatically lowers heating and cooling demand and supports comfort that feels effortless.
Verified performance, not assumed
The GO Standard isn't based on good intentions. Key transitions and junctions are treated as critical details, and airtightness is confirmed with blower-door testing. That verification mindset is part of what separates "high-performance in theory" from a home that truly delivers in day-to-day living.
Panelization as precision and quality control
GO Logic uses panelization to protect the details that matter most. Wall, floor, and roof panels are built indoors in a climate-controlled facility, guided by an exact plan generated from a detailed 3D model. Building in a controlled environment improves accuracy, eliminates weather conditions, supports consistent enclosure detailing, and is better for workers. Panels are delivered to the site and assembled on a foundation built in advance, creating a weather-tight, air-sealed shell in a short on-site window. It's a quality-first method for building the enclosure with more control over the details that drive comfort and durability.

Reliable membranes and sealing materials, plus field-tested detailing at critical joints and transitions, verified with blower-door testing.

Exterior materials chosen for longevity and low upkeep, with roof detailing that supports durability and makes solar straightforward.
Healthy materials standard
