Content regarding homes, building systems, construction methods, design services, pricing, timelines, energy performance, materials, availability, specifications, floor plans, or other project-related matters may change and should not be considered a binding offer, guarantee, estimate, or contract.

Every building project is unique. Site conditions, location, permitting requirements, design decisions, engineering, materials, labor availability, market conditions, and other factors may affect project scope, cost, schedule, and performance.

Any binding commitments regarding a GO Logic project will be contained in a separate written agreement between GO Logic and the applicable client or project partner.

Your use of this Site, submission of an inquiry, or communication with GO Logic through the Site does not by itself create a client, contractor, architect, designer, consultant, or other professional relationship.

A professional or contractual relationship is established only through a separate written agreement where applicable.

Images and renderings may depict customized projects, conceptual designs, optional features, furnishings, landscaping, finishes, or other elements that are not included in every project.

Dimensions, configurations, specifications, materials, and other details may vary.

Nothing displayed on the Site should be used as construction documentation, engineering instructions, architectural plans, or specifications for a project unless GO Logic expressly provides those materials for that purpose under a separate written agreement.

Separate project agreements may contain their own governing-law, dispute-resolution, venue, or other contractual provisions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control with respect to that project.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our business practices, or applicable requirements.

When changes are made, the updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
