Pre-engineered shell package

Faster dry-in

More predictable timing

Cleaner sequencing

Complete window install

Less weather and moisture risk

We specialize in panelized Passive House shells, so the building science is already dialed in before your crew ever shows up. That means less labor to manage and fewer callbacks, since the shell arrives ready to close in fast and stay closed in. A faster dry-in keeps your schedule tighter and your costs locked in early, without the usual gamble on framing quality or the trouble of lining up subs who can hit the same standard.

Airtightness is never something we adjust to hit a budget. Every shell we deliver meets the passive standard for air barrier performance, and what flexes instead are the assemblies, R-values, materials, and windows we use to fit the project.

Architects

GO Logic can take a schematic concept and develop an envelope package to meet performance and budget goals.

You lead the design. We develop the enclosure, walls, floors, roof, openings, and foundation coordination, with structural engineering support available if you need it.

The best collaborations happen when design intent is preserved through attention to detail, which is why we like to be involved early enough to keep performance and architecture aligned from the start. Engineering, window integration, and sequencing get worked out well before a crew breaks ground, so nothing sits framed and exposed to the weather while details get resolved on site.

When a client wants Passive House level performance and that isn't where your practice specializes, we can take on the enclosure so the project still delivers on that promise.

Developers

GO Logic brings architecture, performance, budget, and speed into the same conversation.

Early design input

Better cost clarity up front

A repeatable system for schedule planning

Performance, cost, and schedule get discussed in the same early conversation instead of three separate ones, with your architect, engineers, and GC in the room from the start. That's what makes planning against a repeatable shell system so much easier than sorting through site decisions after the fact. A faster dry-in cuts down on weather and moisture exposure once you're on site, and the same assemblies, R-values, materials, and windows that flex for a single home scale just as predictably across a multifamily project.

Between our two shops, we can take on incremental work today, and there's real room to scale for the right project. The best next step is a conversation about your specific timeline and volume.
