Scaling Passive House: How GO Logic Makes High-Performance Building Repeatable

Passive House Isn’t Just a Standard. It’s a System That Can Scale.

Passive House is more than a building standard. It’s a design philosophy rooted in comfort, efficiency, and resilience. But the bigger story, the one GO Logic tells with every enclosure we ship, is how that philosophy becomes scalable. How it moves from a niche ideal to a repeatable, tested, and ever-improving way to build.

High-Performance Building, Simplified

High-performance construction has a reputation: expensive, complex, hard to replicate.

GO Logic flips that. We’ve distilled decades of Passive House expertise into a panelized enclosure system that we can install for any GC. Every element has been tested, optimized, and made repeatable.

Built for Replication, Not Reinvention

What makes our system different is that it isn’t a one-off. Every panel reflects what we’ve learned from over seven years of full-scale panelization.

We’ve refined both performance and carbon impact, integrating new bio-based materials. (Goodbye foam, hello hemp and wood fiber.)

And because GO Logic crews handle each install, Passive House-level performance doesn’t depend on finding a Passive House-certified team in every market.

Modeled, Built, Verified

Every GO Logic project is grounded in rigorous energy modeling. But that modeling doesn’t sit in a file. It actively drives design: optimizing insulation, adjusting glazing, refining shading and mechanical strategies.

We don’t just model performance. We deliver it.

Smarter Details. Safer Installs. Better Results.

This isn’t a theoretical wall system. It’s been proven in the field and designed with real-world job sites in mind.

  • The air barrier is protected inside the wall where it can’t be punctured on site

  • Windows are pre-installed, flashed, and air- and weather-sealed in our shop

  • Air sealing is completed on a table at waist height, not up a ladder

  • Corners are gasketed, taped, and sealed with triple redundancy

  • Materials are selected to reduce embodied carbon and support healthier indoor air

Designed for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA)

This system doesn’t just perform, it’s manufacturable.

Our process follows DfMA principles, meaning each panel is designed with production, shipping, and installation in mind:

  • Wall heights optimized for transport regulations

  • Connection details refined for fast, reliable installs

  • Panelization strategies that reduce waste

  • Systems flexible enough to handle architectural variation without compromising performance

Consistency Builds Confidence

Scaling Passive House is about more than speed. It’s about knowing what you’re getting.

  • For builders: no guesswork. No surprises.

  • For architects: no field changes. What’s drawn gets built.

  • For clients: consistent comfort and quality.

  • For our team: each project is another step forward—another opportunity to improve and evolve.

Better Building, Made Repeatable

Passive House taught us how to build better. GO Logic is showing how to do it over and over again, smarter every time.

That’s how we make high-performance scalable.

That’s how we move the industry forward.
