Streamlined Path From Plan to Build

With the Logic Home, most of the hard design work is already complete, so you are not starting from a blank page. We set this up so you can skip a long custom design phase and instead pay a nominal fee to reserve your spot and move straight toward a construction contract. In a short time, you can configure your home from our options catalog and give us what we need to finalize plans. In some cases, that means we can be ready to build within weeks, not months.

More Attainable, Still Ours

We set out to lower the cost of a GO Logic home without touching the parts that define it. The Logic Home is designed to come in about 20 percent below a comparable GO Logic build by focusing on smart efficiencies like simplified geometry, fewer panel types, and a smoother path from design to install. The savings come from process, not from cutting corners. We protected performance, material quality, and the architectural character people recognize in our work, so the Logic Home still looks and feels like any GO Logic home, simply at a lower price point.

No Compromises on Performance

Every Logic Home is built to the same high-performance standard as our GO Homes. We didn’t cut corners or dial things back. The Passive House building envelope remains intact, along with the same airtight construction, trusted mechanical systems, and German triple-glazed wood windows. It’s the comfort, quiet, and low energy use our homes are known for. We achieved it through careful design simplifications and smart panelization that preserve performance while reducing complexity.

  • Description text goes hereThe Logic Home is designed to sit in Passive House territory, with the same enclosure, window, and mechanical targets as our GO Home line. With the right site and detailing, it can be modeled to meet or closely approach formal certification level.

  • Description text goes hereNo long custom design phase here. You pay a modest upfront fee to get started, then we create a budget for site and utility costs before moving into a construction contract and finish selections. The architecture is already resolved, which removes a major cost and time variable from the process.

  • Right now the Logic Home is a single, fixed 1,250 square foot three bedroom, two bath plan. Locking in the layout keeps pricing predictable, while we work on future Logic Home models.

  • Instead of open-ended custom design, you choose from a curated catalog of finishes, fixtures, and colors. Most clients complete their selections in 1-2 focused meetings, which keeps decision fatigue low and moves the project quickly toward fabrication.

  • Yes. Many Logic Homes are built with an independent general contractor. GO Logic provides a complete drawing set and installation of the panelized shell while your contractor handles site work, foundation, interior construction, and day-to-day coordination.

  • The initial fee reserves your place and starts a clear sequence. We review your site, confirm feasibility and refine pricing, then move to a construction contract, finalize selections and panel drawings, and schedule fabrication and installation.

  • Because the energy load of this house is so low, it can be made net zero with the addition of a modest solar array.

  • Depending on location, permitting, and where you land in our production schedule, a Logic Home can be ready in as little as four weeks from fabrication start. When we review your project, we will also share your likely place in line.
