GO Logic launches a new Passive House prefab brand: the GO Home!

May 22, 2017

GO Logic is pleased to announce the launch of the GO Home—a breakthrough product line of high-performance, high-design prefab houses—and thegohome.us, a new website that makes the full line easily available to homebuyers anywhere in New England.

The GO Home combines GO Logic’s industry-leading expertise in super-efficient Passive House design with an advanced process of panelized, prefab construction we developed and have field-tested on numerous successful projects. Our product line—which includes year-round and seasonal homes from 600 to 2,500 square feet—embodies the crisp, rural-modern aesthetic that has made GO Logic one of the most-published architecture firms in New England.

Our new website, thegohome.us, presents a streamlined process for choosing a house, adding options like a barn, garage, or covered porch, and completing the design with selections from a carefully curated menu of fixtures and finishes. Each GO Home comes with straightforward pricing for construction within Maine. For projects outside of Maine, we provide custom pricing that reflects local costs.

Every GO Home includes an airtight, superinsulated building shell, ultra-high performance windows that collect free heat from the sun, and a heat-recovery ventilation system that supplies a constant flow of clean, fresh air. The result is a house that saves over 80 percent of the energy consumed by a conventional building, while providing a healthier, more comfortable living environment. And you don’t have to put your life on hold while it happens.
